Health Promotion Service

The Health Promotion Service strives to empower students to fulfil their academic potential and enjoy their student experience, by offering positive health promotions.

What we do

The University Health Promotion Service offers health promotions on campus and on line throughout the semesters.

"Health promotion is the process of enabling people to increase control over their health and its determinants, and thereby improve their health." (Ottawa Charter, 1986)

Health information sessions will be held on campuses during lunch breaks or prearranged evening sessions. All sessions will be advertised via campus newspapers, radio, forums and posters throughout campuses.  Students unable to attend on campus sessions can use this website to gain the information offered.
