Sending Email Messages
To create a new message click on the New Message button at the top of your screen.
Enter information in the fields described below:
- To: enter the full email address of the recipient of your email.
- CC: (carbon copy) this allows you to send a copy of your email to someone else by entering their email address.
- Reply to: enter the email address you would like the user to respond to you
- Subject: enter a short, concise subject for your message.
- Enter your message text below: Type your message here.
- Attach 1/2/3: if you want to send other documents along with your email message click on the browse button next to the attachment box and locate the file you wish to send. Try and limit the size of files you send to under 1 Mbyte or the file may not get sent. You can send up to three attachments at once.
Check the boxes you wish to activate from those below:
- Add Sig file: attaches your signature to the end of your message (Click options to change your signature)
- Send CC to self: sends a copy of the message to yourself
- Save a copy to self: send a copy of your message to your copies folder
Once you are happy with your message click Send.
