Changing your Password
It is important to safeguard your password so changing it regularly is the key to minimising the risk of someone misusing your account. Therefore iIt is mandatory to alter your password at least once every 60 days, and you will receive email reminders to prompt you to change it:
- 40 days after a previous change; and
- 50 days after a previous change.
The password changing facility is available through the my.csu desktop, from the sidebar on the left of the desktop window.
If you do not change your password after 60 days, then your access to CSU online services and resources will be limited. You will need to contact the Service Desk to get your access re-established.
