Online Learning at CSU

Your CSU Password

Your CSU username and password are issued to you on enrolment. You will need to enter your user ID and password to access any CSU online services or use a workstation in the computer laboratories on campus. You will be prompted to enter your personal access details every time the system requires you to authenticate your identity. This is to confirm that you are an authorised user of information technology facilities at CSU.

Remember that passwords are case-sensitive; password protection recognises the difference between capitals (upper case) and lower case letters. For example, if your password is Icy?Cola, then the login procedure will not accept ICY?COLA or icy?cola.

The Division of Information Technology mails by post your unique username, default password and PIN shortly after you have enrolled. If you have not received this information, or have misplaced it, contact the IT Service Desk on 1300 653 088. Alternatively you can go to a Computer Centre on campus in person and they will print you a copy of your letter.
