Online Learning at CSU
New students: user login details
DIT has introduced a new procedure that now replaces the traditional Login Letters that have, in the past, been sent to new students and staff. This change moves CSU further to a fully online environment enabling people to quickly obtain access to CSU IT services and, at the same time, help save the environment.
Students new to CSU can now obtain their login ID and Password simply by going to http://my.csu.edu.au and selecting the Activate My Login link.
To commence an initial authentication process, all new users must provide their name, date of birth (DOB), and three of the following:
- UAC/VTAC number;
- Student number;
- Postcode;
- Country of birth; or
- Phone number.
All new students will need to supply an external email address such as Hotmail, Yahoo mail etc. which will be authenticated before they can proceed with the initial login process.
All users must also provide a personal question and answer and agree to the University Code of Conduct.
