All students (except International Students) wishing to apply for on-campus accommodation in Spring 2009 may do so by completing the Spring 2009 Application Form. In order to process your application in a timely fashion, we strongly encourage you to submit your Spring 2009 Application by Monday, 13 July 2009.
International Students - please use the forms on the Offer and Acceptance Information webpage. You must submit your forms to Student Administration by Monday, 13 July 2009. However, please read below regarding cancelling your accommodation application.
On campuses where we have already filled our Halls of Residence, applications will be placed on the waitlist until a room becomes available. Please include appropriate contact details on your application form so that Support Central may make an offer when a room becomes available.

In order to accept your room offer, you must pay the following charges:

Please note: these charges are NOT a refundable deposit that will be refunded if you change your mind. Once you have accepted your offer of a room, you are bound by the Administration Regulations outlining cancellations.
International students are required to attend Orientation events at their campus from 22-24 July 2009.
For all other students, mid-year Orientation is optional. If you are applying to live in on-campus accommodation for Spring 2009, you will be contacted regarding your attendance at Orienation and your arrival date to campus.
If you are living off-campus, but want to participate in Orientation and want to stay on-campus during that time, you must contact Support Central with your name, student ID number, campus, and arrival date prior to Monday, 13 July 2009.
Students who received an offer of place but now want to cancel their application for accommodation must do so in writing to Support Central.

If your cancellation notification is received prior to 12pm on Monday, 20 July, you will receive a refund of the Services Fee, the IT Levy, the Washing Machine Levy and the Orientation Tariff (if applicable). The Application Fee is non-refundable.
If your cancellation notification is received between 12pm on Monday, 20 July and 12pm on Friday, 24 July, only the IT Levy and Washing Machine Levy will be refunded. The Application Fee, Services Fee and Orientation Tariff (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If your cancellation notification is received after 12pm on Friday, 24 July 2009, there will be no refund of the above fees. In addition, 14-days notice needs to be given prior to moving out (or you will be charged rent for each day short of 14 that you give notice) AND a cancellation fee of two weeks at the Self-catered Cottages rate will be charged.
