Requests for changing between packages or rooms is to be made in writing by submitting a Room Change Request form. Applications for movement between packages and rooms will be accepted but not processed until the end of April holidays and/or depending upon availability and approval by the Manager, Residential Operations.
| A.11.1 | Where the Director, Student Residences & Business, Division of Student Services approves the relocation of a resident and appropriate space is available, the following conditions will apply: |

| A.11.1.1 | Eight (8) weeks notice will be required. |
| A.11.1.2 | All accommodation prior to the date notice is given will be charged at the full casual weekly rate. |
| A.11.1.3 | Students may be required to relocate to a place determined by the Director, Student Residences and Business, Division of Student Services, or nominee. |
| A.11.1.4 | Students will be charged a nominal fee, as per A.1.3.2, for each movement between Package Occupancy Agreement/Room Change undertaken. |
