A.5 Policy - Default of Rent Payments

A.5.1 Final Notice Charge
A.5.1.1 Students may request an extension and have this recorded with the Support Central staff prior to the due date.
A.5.1.2 If payment or a extension is not made by the due date the student will be charged a Final Notice charge of $100.
A.5.2 Non Payment/Cancellation
A.5.2.1 Residents that neglect to make payment or request an extension by the due dates will be required to vacate the Halls of Residence.
