A.5 Policy - Default of Rent Payments
| A.5.1 | Final Notice Charge |

| A.5.1.1 | Students may request an extension and have this recorded with the Support Central staff prior to the due date. |
| A.5.1.2 | If payment or a extension is not made by the due date the student will be charged a Final Notice charge of $100. |
| A.5.2 | Non Payment/Cancellation |
| A.5.2.1 | Residents that neglect to make payment or request an extension by the due dates will be required to vacate the Halls of Residence. |
