A.6 $150 Rebate
| A.6.1 | Both package options (Package One and Package Two) include a bonus in the form of a rebate payment to all eligible residents. To be eligible to receive the rebate the following conditions must apply: |

| A.6.1.1 | Students must: i) Have been living in the Halls of Residence prior to the first Monday of the second session (i.e. 27 July 2009); AND ii) Remain living in the Halls of Residence until the Monday of Exam Week in November (i.e. 16 November 2009). |
| A.6.1.2 | Students who move into the Halls of Residence after the first Monday of the second session (i.e. 27 July 2009) and prior to the Intra Session break in September, and remain living in the Halls of Residence until the Monday of Exam Week in November (i.e. 16 November 2009), will receive a pro rata rebate. |
