A.9 Non Class Period Accommodation
Students will be offered non class period accommodation at the discretion of the Director, Student Residences and Business, Division of Student Services or nominee.
| A.9.1 | Package One Option Only |

| A.9.1.1 | Requests for non class period accommodation must be made seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the non class period, by completing a Non Class Period Accommodation Request form. |
| A.9.1.2 | Payments for non class period accommodation must be made prior to the end of the period booked. |
| A.9.2 | Christmas Recess Accommodation |
| A.9.2.1 | Requests for Christmas non class period accommodation must be made fourteen (14) days prior to this period starting. A Non Class Period Accommodation Request form must be completed. |
| A.9.2.2 | Payments for Christmas non class period accommodation must be made by 4:00pm of the first Friday of the first week for the period booked. |
| A.9.2.3 | Accommodation costs will be available for 2009/2010 from Support Central five (5) weeks prior to the end of session. |
