Enquiry Hours

An administrative contact service is available for students in the Halls of Residence. Email and phone enquiries are attended to from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, while in-person inquiries can be directed to locations and times listed below.

This central service area deals with all matters of an administrative and maintenance nature relating to student accommodation in the Halls of Residence. All communications will be processed from the central area and distributed to the appropriate department/service team providing assistance to all students living in the Halls of Residence.
