If arriving earlier than the check in time, luggage may be stored at the check-in location.
Support Central will be staffed from 2:00pm - 6:00pm daily. If you plan to arrive after 6pm from Monday – Friday or on the weekend when Support Central is unattended, you MUST make prior arrangements by sending an email to accommodation@csu.edu.au. If you do not make prior arrangements, there is no guarantee you will be able to check-in.

The EARLY-BIRDRATE is available to students who book prior to the Early Bird date. This date is announced with the eBox message sent from Students Services when announcing the opening of the Accommodation Online Booking Form.
Alteration/Cancellation charge is $25.00. This fee is charged for all changes made to bookings, whether changing dates or cancelling nights.
Residential School Equity Scholarships are available. Information is available on the Equity website.
You must Book Online using the online booking facility.
Students who wish to make a group booking or chose Catered Cottages or the Self catered option must submit their booking forms prior to the end of the Early Bird Date.
Please ensure you have booked the required nights for accommodation, (not lecture days only). Your booking entitles you to a room from 2pm on the day of arrival until 9.00am on the day of departure.
Halls of Residences option - these are the traditional halls, which are older style accommodation with a high number of bedrooms per Hall. The Traditional Diggings Halls are used as the Halls of Residences at the Bathurst campus. However, if Traditional Diggings is fully allocated, John Oxley Village will then be used as a Halls of Residences style at this Campus .
All rooms are single study student rooms with share common facilities (i.e.bathrooms, TV/common room, etc.) within each of the buildings.
The bedroom is furnished with a single bed, study desk, chair and wardrobe.
Bed linen, pillow, blankets/bedspread or doona, towel and soap are provided.
Students may consider bringing: alarm clock, desk lamp and clothes hangers.
Self Catered option- students must bring their own crockery, cutlery, pots, pans utensils, tea towels and dish cleaning items etc.
Individual phones are installed in each student bedroom and can be used by students to make and receive calls. A compliant phonecard can only be purchased from the Mini Mart on-campus at Bathurst and Wagga Wagga and at Orange Campus from the Cashier’s Office.
For students to access internet data from their room through the CSU Network, you will be required to have an IBM compatible computer, a network card and a category 5 cable which you will need to purchase from a Computer outlet.
