Vacating Rooms/Departures

Rooms must be vacated no later than 9:00am on the date of departure so that they can be serviced for incoming students. Anyone not vacating his or her room by 9:00am will incur an extra night’s tariff.

On departure, your room key is to be returned and signed in at the location you checked in. Failure to return your key on the day of your departure will incur a $25.00 replacement cost.

Baggage can be stored at the key return location until the completion of your day’s commitments.
