Administration Charges

Alteration or Cancellation: $25.00

Alterations or cancellations requested from the original booking will be charged an administration charge of $25.00. This includes changes to dates, allocated accommodation areas, etc. Alterations or cancellations may be requested over the phone but can only be confirmed upon receipt of a written request. Additional nights will be charged at $68.00 per night if the change is being made after the early-bird cut off date.

Cancellation charges are applied to either cancellation prior to arrival, non-arrival or early departure.

• Prior to arrival - a full refund minus the cancellation rate.
• Non arrival - charged for the first night only.
• Early departure - refund of cancelled nights minus a cancellation charge.
