Notification of cancellation must be made prior to the first night booked. A full refund will be processed for all cancellations, less the cancellation charge. A cancellation charge of $25.00 will be applied to all cancellations to cover administrative costs.
Cancellations made after the first night booked will only be refunded on the remaining nights booked less the cancellation charge.
Where no written notification of cancellation has been made, a cancellation charge of $25.00 applies plus the first night of accommodation will be forfeited.
