Booking Residential School Accommodation
Bookings
All bookings must be made via the online booking form.
When booking you must select dates, campus, your preferred accommodation category and your arrival time.
Payment must be received PRIOR to the end of the residential school through one of the following options:
- Online payment at time of booking;
- Online payment at a later date;
- Remittance Advice (cheque or credit card via post);
- Cashier payment (during your stay on campus).
Once you submit your booking you will receive a confirmation via email which will include information required for your stay on campus.
Group Bookings
Group bookings can only be made during the early bird booking period. Group bookings submitted after the early bird deadline has passed will not be processed and you will be allocated individually.
Each group member must submit a separate booking form and include all the ID numbers of everyone in the group. If all ID numbers are not included on each group member's booking form, the booking will not be processed as a group. You will be allocated individually.
Family Bookings
Requests for family bookings are to be emailed directly to accommodation@csu.edu.au with your name, student ID number, number of people, ages, dates for the nights you require accommodation and the campus you will be staying.
Special Note for Nov/Dec 2008 Residential Schools
The online booking form will be open from 13 October until 13 November 2008. If you do not make your accommodation booking before 13 November, but still require on-campus accommodation, you will have to arrive between 2pm-5pm, Mon-Fri, be allocated to an Emergency Room and be charged the counter rate for the duration of your stay.
