Every International Student, new to the Charles Sturt University environment, must complete and submit this form at least one week prior to their arrival at Charles Sturt University.

If you wish to be met at your arrival destination, this service starts one week before the Orientation Week and continues up to the last day of the first week of classes. The pick up times are restricted to between 8:00am and 8:00pm. Pick up and delivery of an international student to their accommodation is not available if that student is being met by friends or family members at their arrival destination, unless otherwise organised with an International Student Adviser. In the instance where the student chooses to be met at the arrival destination by family or friends, the student is to make contact with the International student Adviser as soon as possible upon arrival.
