Arrival Assistance
Once you have confirmed your travel details, be sure to contact the International Student Adviser on your campus. A University representative will meet you on your arrival in Albury, Bathurst, Orange or Wagga Wagga and take you to your campus.
All students must submit the Arrival Form even if you do not wish to be met. The Arrival Form must be received at least one week before your arrival to guarantee pick-up.
This service starts at least a week before the Orientation Week and continues up to the last day of the first week of classes. The pick up times are restricted to between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
Sometimes friends or relatives like to meet you so they can help you settle in. If this is your arrangement, please advise us.
