Supplementary Examination (SX)

Supplementary exams are examinations granted on the basis of misadventure or extenuating circumstances which prevent a student sitting an official examination or which adversely affected the students' performance in the overall examination.

If circumstances will prevent you from sitting the final exam, you will need to request a supplementary exam. Application forms can be accessed from the Downloadable Forms section of the CSU Website or obtained from the Student Administration Office.
