CSU - The Next 25 Years
Introduction
Dear colleagues,
We have faced the challenges and opportunities of the Government’s reform of the Higher Education sector. Further challenges and opportunities will arise as the reform process continues. However, in late 2004, I determined that it was time for the University community to consider its preferred future.
I wrote the attached paper A University for the Next 25 Years to stimulate discussion within the University. The paper was discussed by University Council, Senate, key committees, Forums, and staff and students within the Faculties and Divisions. The responses helped drive the University’s Strategic Plan for the five years from 2007 to 2011.
