About
The University actively seeks opportunities for the development of its programs and activities consistent with the University Strategy. The majority of the University’s activities are developed to support teaching and research programs, such as the University Winery, Health Clinics, Western Research Institute and Centre for Information Studies.
Role of the Office of Corporate Affairs
The Office provides support, where requested by the Vice-Chancellor or senior executive, in business development including commenting on Government funding bids and assisting in the preparation of business proposals. In general, the Office is requested to assist in business development where it is viewed that the development may involve some government dimension or broader corporate implications.
