Located across regional NSW, Charles Sturt Campus Services (CSCS) is a controlled entity of Charles Sturt University (the University).

The company specialises in University services and provides service such as, but not limited to, cleaning, residential maintenance, a regional courier service, event preparation, and a commercial laundry service.  We also specialise in the services required for public spaces such as the Riverina Conservatorium of Music, the Regional Archives and the Riverina Playhouse.

The complexity of service logistics CSCS currently manage within the University environment range from; farm, research, teaching, office, retail, clinical, catering, event and student living spaces. Through strategic planning, comprehensive training programs and inclusive management practices, CSCS have aligned work processes across regional campuses to provide a flexible and cost effective premium service to the University.

CSCS welcomes any feedback on services provided as it operates under a continuous improvement framework based on communication and consultation.

In 2015 CSCS was accredited  AS4801 Certification by Sai Global for its Work Health and Safety Management System.

Our Strategies

Charles Sturt Campus Services Limited will meet its service commitments by focusing on:

  1. Develop and aim to adhere to Service Level Agreements with the University in particular the Division of Facilities Management and Residential life. Establish forums to monitor and improve services.
  2. Identify human resource gaps, skills gaps, and integrate occupational coaching and improved industrial relations tools.
  3. The pursuit of continual improvement and efficiency; by benchmarking performance, seeking feedback, and innovation in service delivery
  4. Developing sleek administrative processes, policies and procedures that comply with University and government requirements, including timely and accurate reporting.
  5. Promoting and heightening awareness in relation to Quality Assurance and Environmental Sustainability.
  6. Develop, implement and maintain reputable health and safety management systems and practices by striving to integrate health and safety into all aspects of the business through monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement.
