HOW WE WORK
The process in summary
Having your job printed at CSU Print is a relatively simple process. There are three steps to follow:
- The first step is to call CSU Print to discuss your printing requirements or fill out and send a Quote Requisition at one of our contact points, either in Bathurst or Wagga Wagga (see Contacts for details).
Allow at least two weeks* (or as much time as possible) before you require the completed job/document and provide as much detail about the job as you can.
Contact CSU Print to discuss production timeframes.
- CSU Print will review the job requested and have a quote returned to you within 72 hours.
- Fill out a Requisition for Reprographics Service, fax and send a copy to CSU Print. If you require graphic design a mutually suitable consultation times can be arranged by our assistants at the outset of the job.
Please note: Your print job does not start until we receive this Requisition for Reprographics Services and have approval to commence .
Expected Timeframes
At CSU PRINT we will do our very best to ensure you have your completed job on time. If the request is urgent we will attempt to meet your deadlines, however, as a general principle we require at least two weeks lead time for all print jobs*.
*Not including the 72 hour turnaround on the quote.
Last Minute Jobs
Last minute jobs will be accommodated wherever possible but may incur additional charges, particularly if we have to reorganise our production schedule and/or if overtime is required.
Brokering Service
CSU Print also provides a University brokering service. This has been established to ensure that jobs which cannot be completed in house, due to technical requirements, time constraints or capability issues are outsourced/tendered out to nominated providers at preferential rates.
