Build Professional Agility (BPA) Program

At CSU Training, we believe that to meet the ever changing demands of work, professional staff need to build and maintain their professional agility. The BPA program has been developed for staff who provide training, assessment, mentoring, and/or training needs analysis in the VET sector or in the workplace.

Certificate Information

Payment terms

The various payment terms for each qualification can be found on each enrolment form.

Learners may also contact the CSU Training Officer (trainingofficer@csu.edu.au) to discuss an alternate payment schedule.

 

Re-issue of Certification or Statement of Attainment

Learners can apply for a re-issued qualification by applying in writing using the Re-issue Certificate Request Form.  A re-issue fee of $50 applies.

 

Refund Policy

Requests for withdrawals can be made at any time and must be made in writing. Refunds will be authorised on the following basis:


1. Withdrawals where training has not started*:

  • Refund of amount paid, less $100 administration fee

2. Withdrawals where training has started*:

  • Refund of amount paid less:
     - The current enrolment fee and
     - The cost of training and assessment for units completed.

* Training is considered to have started when learning and assessment materials have been sent and/or the learning facilitator has had initial contact with the learner.


Learners may appeal by stating any special circumstances, which they feel may entitle them to a full or partial refund. Appeals must be in writing and contain full documentation supporting the claim.

 

Not yet competent results

Learners who have been deemed not yet competent in their training program are asked to contact the Program Co-ordinator to identify an appropiate option to suit their individual training needs.

 

Training Assurance

CSU Training undertakes to honour all student enrolments.

In the unlikely circumstance that training delivery cannot proceed, CSU Training will contact in writing, the learner and/or organisations affected and refund fees as per the terms of the refund policy within 4 weeks.
