FDRP Supervisors

Role

The FDRP Supervisor’s role is to provide the opportunity for the student to apply and practice the required knowledge and skills in the work place and to provide third party reports.

Responsibilities:

1. Working with the student and workplace coach to identify opportunities for the student to learn and practice required skills in the workplace

2. Providing positive and constructive feedback on work performance

3. Observing student performing required skills in the workplace and completing a 3^rd Party report

4. Facilitating student and workplace coach engagement

5. Liaising with CSU Training to discuss issues of concern
