The practical work involved in devising celebrations requires the occupational health and safety practices associated with the visual and performing arts. Always put safety first.

Materials:

Empty film cannisters
Small rivets
Elastic
Drill
Piece of wire

	Drill a hole in the base of the film cannister and the lid.
	Add a handful of rivets or similar small objects to the cannister and seal with the lid.
	Use a piece of wire to thread a length of elastic through the cannister. Link two or three shakers together.
	These small shakers can now be worn on your wrists or ankles.
