The fundamental aim of this project is: To develop mutual understanding of diverse and innovative communities' informal care and welfare systems (CICWS), which enhance the well-being of people, particularly the marginalised and the disadvantaged in Asia- Pacific countries; and to disseminate the training manual to train relevant personnel from NGOs (nongovernment organization), GOs (government organizations), people's organizations and communities to identify, preserve and practise CICWS with individuals, families and communities.
