Bio
Guy Cumes is a lecturer in law with experience in practice as a solicitor, decision-maker and mediator.
His present teaching responsibilities are in the law for human services, legal issues in child and adolescent welfare, and mental health law and policy. He has also had responsibilities in criminal law, criminal procedure, the law of evidence in criminal proceedings, rehabilitation and the law, social welfare law, law and intellectual disability, and youth and the law.
He has published in the areas of mental health law and policy, criminal law, law of evidence, alternative dispute resolution, contract law and international criminal law.
