Profile

Brad joined the School in 2006 and teaches professional ethics focusing particularly on critical reasoning and decision making. Prior to working with the School he worked as consultant lecturer and e-learning manager within the NSW Police Force for seven years and in a variety of educational roles since 1990.

As an educationalist, Brad's involvement within the School also includes chairing the Learning and Teaching Committee, driving educational change and as well as initial and ongoing development of lecturers, tutors and instructors.

During 2010 and 2011, Brad's projects included contributing significantly to the design, development and implementation of problem-based learning within the police recruit education. Emerging from this change and included in Brad's profile was the need for professional development for all educational staff.

In 2011 Brad was a CSU Flexible Learning Institute teaching fellow, producing e-learning products designed as one of several initiatives to contribute to the educational change within the School focusing particularly on supporting a strong shift towards student-centred facilitation of learning.
