Profile

Douglas is a lecturer of Problem Orientated Policing at Charles Sturt University, School of Policing Studies, Goulburn. He has been working at the university since August 2010 and has previously delivered on the PPP122 Police as Investigators 2 and PPP232 Police as Investigators 3 subjects in the Associate Degree in Policing Practice program.  Prior to his appointment Douglas served as a Constable in the New Zealand Police Service, an Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist for National Services Scotland, and an Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist trainer for NHS Counter Fraud and Security Management Service in England. Douglas has also lectured at City University London and his academic interests are in the area of globalisation, organised crime and organisational fraud prevention.
