Tracey came to Charles Sturt University in 2009 following a 22 year career in operational policing in the NSWPF, serving at city and metropolitan commands, retiring at the rank of Inspector.  

Tracey has a strong background in education and development of police in the field.  

She is currently completing the Graduate Certificate in University Learning and Teaching.
