Profile
Virginia was appointed as a Lecturer at the CSU School of Policing Studies, Goulburn in November 2010. Prior to her appointment, Virginia had been a NSW Police Officer for 18 years attaining the rank of Sergeant. Her policing background was in general duties, highway patrol, communications and education. Virginia worked at various western Sydney Local Area Commands including Blue Mountains, Fairfield, Mt Druitt and Penrith. After leaving the NSWPF in 1998 Virginia worked in corporate investigation and training; returning to the NSWPF in 2005 as a Communications Officer until 2009 when the Wagga Wagga Communications Centre closed. Virginia holds a Masters Degree in Professional Education & Training from Deakin University, Victoria.
