Service Desk
The Information Technology Service Desk operates to provide assistance for clients who encounter problems with hardware/software supported by the Division of Information Technology.

When a solution cannot be given over the phone, the problem will be directed to the appropriate specialist staff for resolution. All queries concerning the academic content of assignments must be directed to the academic staff.
