CSU IT Service Desk
The CSU Information Technology Service Desk operates to provide assistance for students, staff members and external clients who encounter problems with hardware/software supported by the Division of Information Technology at Charles Sturt University. If you are having problems and fall into this category then contact the IT Service Desk for help.

When a solution cannot be given over the phone, the problem will be directed to the appropriate specialist staff for resolution.

 

The Service Desks current hours are

  • 8am - 10pm Monday to Thursday
  • 8am - 9pm Fridays
  • 10am - 4pm On weekend

Outside these times there is an answering service.

If you wish to leave a message please supply a detailed summary of the problem with your name, staff/student number and phone number.
