Bio
Elaine West is an associate lecturer at Charles Sturt University. She has, in the past, taught introductory psychology, health psychology and developmental psychology. Her current teaching includes social psychology, introduction to psychological enquiry and ethics and current issues. She is currently completing her PhD which investigates domestic violence in lesbian relationships. Her research interests include research methods (both qualitative and quantitative), feminist psychology, critical psychology and gay and lesbian psychology. Elaine regularly supervises fourth year research dissertations, particularly those employing qualitative methodologies.
