Graduate News
We have seven currently enrolled Acting students who have been invited to work as actors outside of CSU.
- Seth Lesie and Alison Kohlhardt - Honours - are about to open in a play in Hong Kong
- Kylie-Chay Mackenzie and Hanna Cormick - Honours - are about to appear in their second RTC show for the year
Bethany Simons - Honours - has been invited to work on a creative development project in Melbourne with Bagryana Popov, who has directed two plays for us - The House of Bernarda Alba in 2004 and Stage Door in 2006 - Gemma O'Connor and Travis Handcock - Third Year - have been invited to perform in a play in Melbourne directed by Greg Ulfan, who was the translator and assistant director for Leonid Verzub (director of Stars in the Morning Sky).
We also have an extraordinary number of graduates with agents and getting acting work. One of our most recent graduates was snapped up by Australia's premiere agency, Robyn Gardiner Managerment, and he got his first acting job before the end of last year!

Leonid Verzub
Leonid Verzub, a distinguished Russian director, brings to Wagga and CSU the passion the Russians are famous for and a lifetime of experience in the richest acting tradition in the world.
CSU Acting students rehearsing the play Stars in the Morning Sky with famed Russian director Leonid Verzub. Leonid was himself a student of the great Russian teacher Maria Knebel, who was a student of Michael Chekhov and collaborator with Stanislavski.
