Bio
Career Summary
Dr Johannes Klabbers is a Dutch writer, curator and an ex-artist who has worked across a range of disciplines, including experimental sound and music, radio, performance, photo media, video, installation, online writing, interactive multimedia, zines and internet art over two decades.
He was educated at Sydney College of the Arts and the University of Newcastle, and completed a PhD at Charles Sturt University in 2002.
Research Interests
Johannes’ research interests include art and auto/biography, collaborative and inter-disciplinary approaches to creative practices, and representation of the Holocaust.
