Marcelle Droulers is a lecturer in management at Charles Sturt University, Bathurst, Australia. She has taught a range of management subjects including Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Asia Pacific Business, Organisations and Management, Business Communication, Management and Sustainability, Strategic Management and Managing Change.
