Padma Nathan is a lecturer in Operations Management and Business Strategy in both the Bachelor of Business and MBA/MBus programmes. In addition to working at Charles Sturt University for 5 years, he has more than 25 years of experience as an engineer, consultant and lecturer in the United Kingdom and Malaysia. Dr Nathan’s work in the private sector has principally been in the telecommunications and construction industries, directed at developing methodologies and systems for the management of major projects and the design of organisational infrastructures. His working career includes lecturing in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at business schools and universities in England and Malaysia. His research interests are in the implications of modern technology usage, particularly in the area of Project Management.
