Bachelor of Business (Economics, Management) - Honours class 1 PhD Monash

I joined Charles Sturt University at the start of 2011 after 11 years in various appointments at Monash University.  I love doing research in the area of organisational behaviour using various sociological concepts and qualitative approaches.  My PhD involved a narrative study of employee responses to organisational change, which has led to ongoing research in culture change (including research with industry partners such as the State Services Authority in Victoria).  I am also fascinated in the surgical/medical environment and have conducted observational research exploring team dynamics in operating theatres and am currently an investigator on a project funded by Australian General Practice Training exploring organisational cultural issues surrounding multi-level learner general practices.
