Bhanugopan has been teaching at CSU since 2005, first with the International School of Business and now with the School of Management and Marketing. His teaching has covered a wide range of subjects such as: International Human Resource Management; Cross Cultural Management; International Management Behaviour; and Business Research Methods.
Bhanugopan's current research interests include expatriate management in multinational corporations, impact of cross-cultural issues on global corporations and developing global managers in a cross-cultural environment. He has published in several academic journals in the areas of management and human resource management and acted as consultant to several international institutions and aid agencies.
