Brief Biography

Ahmad joined CSU in July 2006 after teaching at Macquarie University, Sydney for two years. He has experience in teaching a range of accounting subjects and occasionally taught in the area of Finance as well. Prior to joining the academia, among other companies, Ahmad worked for some prominent multinationals like Nestle and American Express in the areas of management accounting and business operations for several years.

He is also actively involved in accounting research and has interest in the voluntary reporting of a firm’s extended performance management, such as intellectual capital reporting, and social and environmental accounting, etc. (the latter being his area of PhD thesis).
