The International School of Business (ISB) operates within the strategic
plans, directions and decisions taken by Charles Sturt University and the Faculty
of Business. In this respect, the ISB is established to:
Manage the effective operation of the China BBS program, including:
Manage the quality assurance of CSU programs at partner institutions through the effective modertaion of work from various locations including China (incorporating Hong Kong), Cambodia, Malaysia, New Zeland, Sri Lanka, and Australia.
Maintain effective partner relationships with partner operations, e.g. TEI - China; HELP University College in Malaysia; The Economics and Finance Institute in Cambodia; Holmesglen Institute of TAFE in Melbourne; Cornell in New Zealand, and IDM in Sri Lanka.
Support research within the ISB and between partner organisations including the supervision of international research students.
Oversee the development and professional enhancement of ISB staff.
Promote and enhance the image of CSU in the international community.
Conitnue to seek new and strategically important educational partnerships.
Assist as required with the operations and management of CSU Study Centres in Sydney and Melbourne.
