The staff of the School of Marketing and Management are strongly committed to the pursuit of applied and basic research (the School leads the Faculty of Business in terms of research output per staff member) and excellence in learning and teaching. Students of the School are able to study a broad range of Marketing, Management, Economics and Finance subjects at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. We support access to higher education for those close to the Bathurst and Orange campuses and in distant locations in Australia and across the world. This sees us teaching students face-to-face (internal mode) on the Bathurst and Orange campuses and across Australia and the world (distance mode) through a range of distance education technologies. We excel in providing up-to-date knowledge and skill development to our students that is of practical relevance in the workplace. As such, our graduates are highly employable and leave with an orientation towards lifelong learning.
While most courses within the Faculty of Business are delivered across the three major campuses (Bathurst, Wagga Wagga and Albury) of CSU, the School of Marketing and Management has principal teaching and course coordination responsibilities for a number of Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance and Banking courses.
