Cathi is a Lecturer in the School of Marketing and Management. She was previously teaching at University of New South Wales in the areas of marketing research, consumer behaviour and marketing principles. Prior to entering the university sector, Cathi worked in product/brand management for both Streets Ice Cream (Unilever) and Kraft Foods. She is currently working on a professional doctorate examining workplace learning and development of professional expertise. Other research interests include creation and dissemination of marketing knowledge, research methodology and cross-cultural issues in education.
