Daniela joined Charles Sturt University in 2007 as a lecturer in Marketing. Prior to moving to Australia, Daniela was at the University of Otago in New Zealand teaching Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Information, Product and Brand Management, and Innovation and New Product Development. At CSU Daniela's teaching responsibilities include Services Marketing, Marketing Strategy and Marketing Principles and she is the Course Coordinator for Master of Marketing, Graduate Certificate in Marketing, & Bachelor of Business in Marketing.
Prior to becoming an academic, Daniela spent a decade in senior management roles in service and processing units in the library/information sector, followed by several years in development and marketing positions in IT and education contexts.
Daniela's research interests encompass customer service, service quality, and the dissemination and marketing of academic knowledge.
