Felicity has been working at CSU since 2004. Prior to becoming an academic, Felicity worked for an import/export company trading primarily with Russia. She has also held a variety of teaching roles including positions in countries such as Japan and Britain. Her research areas are in consumer behaviour, promotions, brands and marketing research. She is currently enrolled in a PhD. Her PhD topic is Imagination and Consumer Decision-making. Her other research interests are related to the impact of fashion on the individual as well as society and environmental issues in regional NSW.
