Marcelle Droulers is a lecturer in management at Charles Sturt University, Bathurst, Australia. She has taught a range of management subjects including Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Asia Pacific Business, Organisations and Management, Business Communication, Management and Sustainability, Strategic Management and Managing Change. She has been involved with research projects in the areas of emotional intelligence, values, organisational culture and psychological contracts in the workplace.
