Nicholas Clarke
Prior to my appointment to Charles Sturt University I was a Primary Teacher and School Leader. In my 26 years in schools I was a classroom teacher in all stages – Kinder to Year 6 and held the positions of Coordinator, Deputy Principal and Principal. In addition to this I served as Chairperson of my local Schools Commission. I have also been actively involved in Local Government, serving for one term as the Deputy Mayor in my community. My abiding interest in Education is very much focused on the enhancement of classroom practices and school cultures that engage learners and develop within them a commitment to life long learning.
