Paul has been a Director of a regional employment and training company instrumental in its expansion from 3 to 120 staff over the past 14 years. In this role Paul developed nationally accredited training for staff, clients and external businesses ranging from Certificate I to Certificate IV level. As a Board Member for 5 years of a community based organisation that worked in the disability area, Paul expanded his skills and knowledge in delivering services to their client base.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Geography and minors in Law and History. Upon completion he then gained a Graduate Diploma in Education. His Vocational Education qualifications range from the current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104), Certificate III in Transport and Distribution (TDT301) and National Certificates of Competency – Licence (5 Classes). During his past employment he has been an active member of ACPET (Australian Council for Private Education and Training) and RCSA (Recruitment and Consulting Services Association.
